MIGUEL DA SILVA was a FIVE YEARS OLD boy, his mother is a maid and he was at work with his mother, IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. The boss sent the mother for a walk with the dogs while doing her nails at home. Annoyed by the boy complaints to see his mom, she placed him in the elevator ALONE. He fell from the 9th floor and died.

What happened today in Brazil is another sad exemple of racism complextiy. The neglect of Miguel’s life it’s the result of a racist logic where the children of black women are less important than white women’s vanity. The woman paid R$20,000 as bail and her name is being taken down from news and articles because her husband is the mayor.

“If it was me, my face would printed, as I have seen in many cases. My name would be printed and my face would be everywhere. But hers can not be placed in articles, can not be shared.” Said Mirtes Renata, mother of Miguel Otavio Santana da Silva. She also said: “She trusted her sons and daughter to me and my mother. The moment I trusted her with mine, sadly she didn’t have the patience to watch him. I know and I won’t deny to anyone: my son was a stubborn child. But he’s just a kid. Was a kid.”

lyrics.com — is great because it lets you search for a word and then shows you songs that have that word, this works great for when you have a theme thats for example ‘cherry’ themed, and you really want the lyrics to have the word ‘cherry’ in it this website helps you find them. it also lets you search for lyrics during different era’s like the 90′s 80′s, early 2000′s, etc.

weheartit — this website is great when looking for pictures, especially nsfw photos i believe there’s a few collections on there that people have made.
