One of the most extreme and unethical things I want to do is brainwash someone - really, truly, completely brainwash them.
Obviously hypno visors and mind control drugs don't actually work in real life, but normal hypnosis does, and it can be intensely effective. I want to take someone cute, gain their trust, get them to relax around me, and use my words to covertly take them under. Lightly at first, they may not even realize that it's happening. But as they trust me, as they relax, as I get them used to going into trance, I'll be able to expand what I do.
The first suggestion I'd implant is that they can relax around me, let their guard down. It's already true, they're already relaxed, so it should take without resistance. Then I could start gradually building: my words are soothing, I'm someone trustworthy, it's nice to relax around me, that mindless tranquility is a desirable state, it's so easy to listen to me and let me think for you so you can enjoy that state more...
With that scaffolding built, I can start getting more detailed, and taking them under explicitly. Modifying what they find arousing, connecting this relaxation and submission to pleasure to make it self-reinforcing, give it an almost addictive quality so that they won't want to resist that feeling (if they're even still capable of it at this point). By this point, months to a year down the line, they should be sufficiently programmed that I can do what I'm most excited about.
I invite them over one night and, almost out of nowhere, ask what they think about brainwashing. They'd probably say it's impossible, but hesitate a moment, both from wishing it was and a creeping feeling oft doubt deep in their mind. They'd comment on the hypnosis we've already been doing, how that's completely different, they can't be made to do anything they don't want to, not really, right?
And with that question, I'd send them under with a single command. I'd order them to strip, or to kneel before me, or some other way to show how much influence over them I already have. Then I'd wake them up, watch their face blush, watch the horror and awe and arousal spread across their face as the magnitude of what just happened hits them full force. Sure, hypnosis can't make someone do anything they don't want to, but it can absolutely make someone Want to do something. And that's almost the same thing especially after dozens, hundreds of sessions where I slowly push that line further out until I can drop them off a cliff on a whim.
What happens from there doesn't really matter. If they're horrified, I can fix that, and it'll be hot. If they're excited and aroused, I can use that, and it'll be hot. If they're conflicted and full of doubt, I can easily fix that, and it'll be hot. By that point I've already won, and they wouldn't even know it was a fight. All that would be left is to enjoy my new toy however I saw fit
At that point does it matter what they think? You practically own their brain already
