Using hard still in my mid 40s I wasn’t supposed to live past 30. I wanted to live fast and die young but I lived an extra 15years and I sometimes feel angry at myself because I could’ve put a bit more heroin in the spoon and that would have been a cool way to go out. Now my situation is a little bit pathetic but I can’t overdose on heroin because I’m getting so much naloxone which blocks everything in life that makes it not as bad or as painful as sobriety is.
