Finally sharing some of my Bad Batch ocs! First image is a picture of my vision for Omega's kid! His name is Hunter because she absolutely would name him after her brother, lol. He's a bit of a nervous kid but he's super adventurous and kind just like his mom! I made a post not too long ago explaining more of his story!

Howdy Bad Batch fans! I've seen a lot of really cool fanfic concept and ideas in this fandom for additional stories and I wanted to share a concept story I've had in my head for years and I finally feel like sharing it! (I am insecure about my stories sometimes so it takes a lot for me to share it, lol). I am a huge fan of Omega and I'm sure she'll get a post Bad Batch story someday so here's some ideas for it I thought of that I think would be really cool!

First off I'd like to say I think a story that is set during the mandoverse would be the perfect time period for Omega's story! This might sound odd what with her joining the rebellion and her possibly having some stories then, but I honestly see her rebellion stories being better for comics or shorts rather than a full story imo. I have a reason for picking the mandoverse!

First reason is she can be a New Republic Pilot, and have a lot of history of being a pilot at this point. Her being a pilot isn't the plot of the story but adds to the concept. The concept of the story is that she could attempt to uncover secret imperial cloning that is going on during the New Republic era. I think this would be a great plotline for her considering that I doubt if she found out about it that she'd just ignore it. In the Mandalorian Season 3 they showed that there was secret cloning going on and it would be so cool if Omega found out and started looking into this! Of course the New Republic would probably not believe her because they are incompetent, lol, so she'd have to do this without their support, however she would probably have Hera's support! An antagonist I had in mind for this story could be Elia Kane cause she was the one doing these underground cloning research stuff.

The second thing aside from Omega's adventure with uncovering these imperial cloning secrets is that I think much like The Bad Batch show, this should also be a family oriented story! Basically I think at this point Omega would likely become a parent, I could definitely see another parent and child related story and having a kid could also bring some more plot into this idea. There are actually a lot of cool ideas with her having a kid, and specifically having a son. Michelle Ang who voices Omega is a mother to her son irl so it would be a nice tie to her VA, also The Bad Batch was a father and daughter type story, so a sequel story would make sense to be a mother and son story I think would be cool. Omega's son could also be friends with Hera's son, Jacen which would be so adorable! AND lastly if Omega had a son I bet a million dollars she'd name him after one of her brothers. (Hunter most likely XD).

But what would be interesting I think about this concept is that you could bring more of Omega's genetics back into the story and how it could effect Omega's safety and her kids safety and Omega's take on situations from this new role she has while doing missions. If she had a kid they would have some of her genetics, and if Omega does have force sensitive DNA that was implied in The Bad Batch it's possible her kid could too which could draw attention from this underground empire and imperial cloning research. It could cause a lot of struggles for Omega and make her go through a lot more difficult decision making stuff that she hadn't had to have made before now having to look after someone.
