Normally I would keep out of fandom discourse but honestly it has to stop, this goes to everyone. When you attack another person because of the things they like and the things you don’t in hopes that you can bully and disrupt someone else’s enjoyment is wrong, sending death treats and throwing terms such as Paedophile is completely immature and hurtful. Please stop and think about people who have lived though these situations and how it effects them, as someone that has been harassed  sexually at the age of 14 I do find it very insulting that you have to steep so low as to use something as serious as that to make your ship more dominant within a fandom or make people uncomfortable in fictional media in general. It is wrong, Now the age of 18 up in a lot of countries is legal and may it not be in some cultures but please bear in mind that in some places it is and be respectful to that culture in return, if something makes you uncomfortable don’t engage with it. Do not be mean to people who like other things that you don’t, if you want to be friends just state hey i like talking to you but I don’t really like this, is it okay if  I blacklist this  and talk about what we both enjoy. It’s not that hard to be nice to one another, Fandom’s are about meeting people, enjoying content that others share with us, making the show, book, or game what ever it is into something you enjoy without resorting to attempting to make the creators change there own story, it’s not just your world its many’s and most importantly it is the world the writers, voice actors, animators, illustrators, actors ect want you to enjoy and they have been kind enough to share this world with you. Treat it with love and care, and be respectful, creators are not machines they have feelings to, so again be nice.
