I’m watching Ghosts, and headless humphrey has stolen my heart.

Cutting myself off from the neck is the best thing that has happened to me. It's like there's suddenly someone who absolutely obeys everything you say and gets everything done without needing any effort on your part. So I simply told it to lift five times per week, talked it through the routine, the number of reps and prepare meals as I instructed. Look how jacked it has become.
