Spent a few hours listening to very optimistic terrible pop music and no longer want to kill myself

Spent over an hour trying to sleep and got nowhere, I also just had a new auditory hallucination and it was actually very not nice usually I’ll have like someone just saying a sentence in a made up language or something or crashing noise but this time it was Deadass a woman screaming like really screaming as if she was being murdered

re-reading fanfics i used to love should be not allowed because i glaze the shit out of them in my head and then realise how shit they are when i re-read
