Douglas Manors is an offering of three luxury homes in Richmond Hill. The listing team needed a logo and brochure based on pre-existing renderings of the properties, with an emphasis on location and exclusivity.

A landing page for M Medi Spa, a spa in Markham offering various non-surgical cosmetic services. Built in Wordpress using pre-existing brand assets in addition to original ones. 

A large portion of my work with CBRE’s Land Service Group involves creating a variety of print and web marketing materials for any given property. These materials differ in complexity and breadth depending on the value of the property or the type of sale. 

5818 Sheppard Ave E is an example of a property for which I designed an extensive collection of marketing materials, including (but not limited to) a bifold brochure, email campaign, on-site signage, newspaper advertisements in The Globe & Mail and Sing Tao Daily, Confidential Information Memorandum, hard-copy mailout, LinkedIn post, and an online advertisement in Novae Res Urbis. 5818 Sheppard is one of many sites whose marketing  I oversaw from conception to completion.

I collaborated with two other CBRE agents outside of the Land Services Group 5818 Sheppard Ave to determine the creative direction of this assignment.
