The problem with Thinspo
It's honestly laughable how so many people think that just because they lose weight, they will suddenly have the body of a k-pop idol or model. Just because you lose weight doesn't mean that you will look all that different. If you're built like a rectangle now, losing weight is not going to turn you into a skinny hourglass. Instead, you will just be a skinny rectangle. You have to understand that bone structure also plays into how weight is distributed and how you look. To think that losing weight will give you a supermodel body is honestly wishful thinking.
TL;DR: LOSING WEIGHT WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE BODY OF A SUPERMODEL OR K-POP IDOL. IT ALL DEPENDS ON YOUR BONE STRUCTURE.

Here is a reminder that you will not be a superskinny model in a month. Or 2. Or even 3. Losing weight and doing it sustainably takes time and effort. I started a month ago, lost over 9 pounds, and there still isn't much change in my appearance. I still look virtually the same. And that's okay. Change takes time. Don't force yourself to lose all of your weight in a month. Spread it out so that your results last. It would be meaningless to lose all the weight and gain it back in a month or so. Have faith in yourself. You're going to see results. You may not see them now, but they will appear. And all of your hard work will be worth it in the end!

Motivation!
In the one day, I've been fasting, I have already lost 1.4 pounds! Today is my second day and I'm excited to see how much I've lost! In regard to my total weight loss, I started on May 26, and I've lost 8.4 pounds since then(started at 129.4 and I'm now 121.2)! If you haven't started yet, it isn't too late. Trust me, there were many days I have given up, overate, and failed to stick to the plan. But I always remember that tomorrow is another day and complaining and making excuses is pathetic. Here's my reminder to you all to not be pathetic. You will achieve your goals Have faith!

I've recently downloaded a fasting app and found it more manageable! I'm on the 16-8 plan. This means I fast for 16 hours and eat for 8. I will update every day, so you are more than welcome to join!

This is what I ate today!
For breakfast, I had 1 piece of toast and some water. I was going to also have some oatmeal, but after taking 3 small bites, I threw it out.
Breakfast: 175 Calories
I then did some workouts that consisted of pilates and cardio!
Workouts: -43 Calories
I skipped lunch because breakfast was pretty late. I then went on a 35-minute walk with my dog and sweated BUCKETS!
Walk: -69 Calories
For a snack, I had two teaspoons of Jif and one cheese slice
Snack: 270 Calories
As for dinner, I had two slices of toast, butter, some rice, rotisserie chicken, and green beans. Very nutritious!
Dinner: 494 Calories
My daily steps help me burn another 210 calories!
Total: 622 Calories
Once again, I stayed under my limit. Here's a little reminder that losing weight isn't easy. Trust me, there were many times I wanted to cave and eat whatever I wanted. But I had to remind myself that doing that will only make me gain weight again. If you look at all the k-pop idols, models, and fitness gurus, they didn't achieve that body simply by taking the easy way out. No one said that weight loss is easy. And that is exactly why it's so rewarding.

Things To Do Instead of Eating

Here are some things you can do instead of eating!
-Read
-Write
-Watch TV
-Go on a walk
-Play with your dog
-Exercise(My favorite)
-Sleep(Another one of my favorites)
-Drink water
-Start a new hobby or continue a new hobby
-Spend time with friends
-Spend time with nature
And whatever you do, DON'T LOOK AT THE CLOCK! When in a calorie deficit or fasting, looking at the clock can cause you to focus solely on food. It will make you anticipate the moment you can eat your food. This can lead to binging and if your binging days outnumber your deficit/fasting days, you'll gain all the weight back. Keep this in mind!
