Whilst I’m unable to walk and get out with my camera, I’m crocheting to keep myself busy.

My mobility is very limited, and I find crocheting so rewarding and therapeutic (and is playing a major role in my keeping my sanity at the moment whilst I’m battling with depression).

I’m making things for others (commissions) and selling other bits I choose to make myself.

I photographed this little baby days before being admitted to hospital for acute pancreatitis, I was in for 4 months, whilst I’m recovering I’m teaching myself to crochet.

A Night to Shine 22nd September 2018

On Saturday I was one of the photographers photographing the sponsored walk in aid of Pilgrims Hospice in Ashford, Kent.

The weather was pretty awful, but everyone; walkers and organisers were all joyful and determined to raise funds.

I would definitely like to be included in future events (they emailed me today and I’m on the list).

A little sister for Jacob

I had a lovely time photographing Jacob and his new baby sister Heidi.

She was so chilled but abit of a fidget.

Jacob is a very proud big brother, and a lovely little chap aswell, he has such beautiful eyes.

I look forward to seeing them both again in the future.

Newborn Portrait session in Ashford, Kent

I started talking to her Mum whilst she was pregnant with this precious baby.

We booked in the session within the 2 weeks following her due date. She was actually about a week late, she was 6 days old the first time I met her. She was very unsettled so agreed I’d return the a week later.

Which I did, her feeding had changed and she was a different baby. Was intrigued by what I was doing so…

Yesterday I had a morning out with one of my bf’s and her 2 daughters.

It was alot hotter than we had bargained for, luckily we had plenty of drinks and were able to sit and rest in the shade.

Now the youngest can say my name, there was abit of rivalry going on, bless them, made my heart smile 🙂

I happily photographed this lovely young lady’s 17th birthday party.

I was invited as a friend but I prefer to have a job to do, so I mingled as much as I could, and tried to get as many pictures for her as I could during the time I was there.
