Like most nerds I've become addicted to Skyrim. I've decided to play this character the same way I played Oblivion. All good path with a focus on heavy armor, swords, destruction magic and archery. My next character will be an evil, light armor, dagger wielding , Mage. I can't wait.

Well the iPhone 4S s official. By now you've read articles either saying "I told you so!" or "How could they!" Rather than pummel you over the head with another article identical with 1,000s already out there I'm going with the "Are you really surprised?" approach. This press conference was a moment that would forever dictate Apple's phone release style. Sometimes I think we forget that although Apple's slogan is to "Think different" Apple thinks like most companies, with dollar signs. We love the iPhone, so of course there is a way for them to make millions of dollars with a device that is extremely similar but different enough to cause us to fork over our hard earned dollars to play with something new and shiny. This iPhone 4S seems to be targeted at precise demographics 1. First time iPhone owners 2. iPhone 3G and 3GS owners 3. People who are tired of Android (all be it a small group) 4. Apple fanboys If you don't fit into those categories odds are this device seems pointless and you're willing to hold out till an iPhone 5 comes out (and who could blame you) So what does this mean for the future of iPhones? Well when the iPhone 5 launches expect an iPhone 5S to be biting at it's heels. So tech buyer beware, once you love the phone a slightly better looking and updated phone is following close behind. Overall this iPhone 4S does it's job, it makes Apple money, get new iPhone users, and upgrades people with old handsets. Does it please the tech gods and nerds, such as myself?....no But it will fill a gap created by Android and having Sprint to back it up will certainly attract a larger untapped market. I see this as a power move by Apple and we all know this only means the iPhone 5 is already in the works and close to being left at a bar for someone to find and leak onto the Internet.

Yes I am sad that an iPhone 5 didn't come out. However it isn't crazy and unexpected. Apple has now set a standard when it comes to a phone release. iPhone _ then iPhone _S. So keep that in mind for an iPhone 5S. Will I buy a iPhone 4S? Yes but only because I have a BROKEN 3GS (looks like the S's are my phones)
