spending time on flights had become second nature for jeremy, who was constantly moving between new york for his kids, chicago for filming and los angeles for some free time. so as soon as the flight landed in vancouver, jeremy did everything he usually did. gathered up his things neatly, made sure that he had everything with him and shot a text to the person who would be welcoming him. traveling through the airport with a baseball cap and sunglasses, the actor hoped to go unnoticed and when he'd hopped into a blacked out suv twenty minutes later without cameras shoved in his face, he knew he was safe. the ride through vancouver was as beautiful as it always was and jeremy found himself smiling with excitement. not one of those practiced ones for the camera, or the brave smile he put on for his daughters throughout his divorce, but a genuine smile. as the car pulled to a halt in front of the airbnb courtney was renting during filming, he nodded his head in thanks at the driver through the rear-view mirror, grabbed his duffel-bag and slung it over one shoulder. he rhythmically rapped his fist on the door three times and once it swung open, another smile tugged at his lips. this time a mischievous one, as he tilted his head to the side. "i'm banking on that good food i was promised being served soon, because i'm absolutely starving and when i'm starving, i get hangry." he took a small pause to take her in before continuing. she was absolutely stunning, but they weren't close enough for him to openly express so. "and since i'm the most dramatic person you know, you wouldn't want that to happen, right?" the question fell of his lips teasingly while he stood in the doorway, waiting to be invited in. "it could end up in a full fledged war between me and vancouver for not serving food on time." [ @cjaneblvd ]
the last few weeks courtney had found herself immersed in work. that wasn't exactly far from the norm whenever she was busy with a project but this time around considering each day meant one more closer to the last for 'yellowjacket's, she found herself diving in a little deeper than before. there were enough breaks to pull her away enough to remember reality and a world outside the wilderness but often times, it was short-lived so she knew that she was very much in need of a genuine distraction and something to leave a mark. as if on cue, jeremy reached out and seemed to accept the role he had no idea he was even up for. the plans ended up coming about seamlessly. some people might even say, it was all a little too perfect but she certainly wasn't about to go complaining, especially since it was beyond sweet that he was willing to come for the visit. courtney knew he was in high demand so his time was valuable and she intended to make the hike up north worth it.
the main way in ensuring that was in the food she was preparing. through brief conversations in the past, she got a feel for what his tastes were and while making something for the main course, she made sure to give him a taste of vancouver by ordering some desserts from one of her go-to spots. that delivery had come right around the time he had reached out to let her know he'd landed.
courtney was in the process of putting some of the finishing touches on the food when she heard the knock at the door. her eyes briefly shifted to the clock on her phone as she let out a soft sigh of relief since the overall time of travel for him wasn't too long. from there, she made the short walk towards the door and with a smile on her face, opened the door completely. "i hope you're good with burnt pizza and maybe some leftover chinese." the tone was briefly serious before it became apparent she was joking. "promise i've got you covered but even more so now knowing you're the 'hangry' type."
for a moment, she let her eyes linger as if studying him. not in a bad way at all but more so in a way that reflected how she still couldn't believe he agreed to come see her like this. once coming back to reality, she reached for his hand and mumbled a 'come here' as she pulled him in for a quick hug. the moment it broke, she stepped aside to let him in. "now come in. you must be tired, too, so come relax. everything's pretty much ready and i do have the actual best taste of vancouver waiting for us, too."
I'm sure they are but That's a lot of work. I would have to not be touring. It was absolutely beautiful and a good time. Yes, Actually their prom was last weekend and they texted me pictures of them together and their parents facetimed me thanking me for what I did. Well, you should come to a show before the tour ends and check out the vibe. I'll hook you up. Just gotta give me a day. Also what are you filming?
i don't know the schedules but i'd imagine if you're in a bigger city that there's probably plenty of chances to make it to one. the story just kept getting sweeter, especially with the facetiming part. it's nice their parents were fully on board, too. that would be great. are you doing any shows in the vancouver area? probably wishful thinking on my part but we'll make something work. the last season of 'yellowjackets'.
dramatic? me? never, miss eaton. are you saying i have to go to vancouver to get a moment with you? because make no mistake, i will do it if given an invitation.
what do you mean never? you're the most dramatic person i know, jer. that's exactly what i'm saying so consider this an exclusive invite if you're willing to make the trip. i can promise good food, good views and even a tour of our set depending on how much time you have.

it's funny that we've got nicholas in common but have never crossed paths before. i guess it's the difference between the then and now. i had seen that 'red white and royal blue' was getting a sequel. are you guys back filming that yet? @itstaylcrzakharperez
i know you've done a mix of stage and then film and television. is there any you prefer? and is there a chance you might go back to the stage soon? i know it's been a little while since you have so i think there's plenty, me included, who wouldn't complain seeing a return. @limelightstevens
It's a real science behind it. Before I left the WWE I did a little backstage work and its hard. It's hard to balence what everyone wants vs what storylines are to be driven. it's a hell of a thing to do and I give Triple H & Shawn a hell of a lot of credit for running the shows like they do.
a lot of effort goes into making art so it makes sense that there'd be the same formula here. even with movies and television, the backstage people are the heartbeat of the production. they all do a lot more than people realise and deserve a lot of love and praise.
listen, if you're ever in need of a personal hype woman, i'm there for you all the way. happy to cheer you up or give that boost of confidence when you need it! yes, i totally understand what it's like to be in a space where things get super comfortable. it's a steady job and you know a character so well, it's almost engrained in you. but sometimes, things can get stagnant where you want to do new things. i'm just happy you're opening yourself up to the world of opportunities. and it'd really be a great honor to work with you, courtney! in a way, yes, owning the production company has always been something i wanted to do. i wanted to provide a space where we can tell stories with women who are powerful and complex, without watering them down to just the damsels in distress. damsels can cause the distress, too, y'know? oh gosh, the big 5-0 is next year's problem. anddd hoping it'll be someone else's problem, too. i don't feel like planning anything nowadays! i think one can never go wrong with an intimate dinner party. you'll be invited to mine!
there's no way i'm not taking that offer. i apologise in advance how much i might abuse it. you get it completely which is no surprise at all. i think for awhile and even maybe now still, too, i've been set here since it was my first big break really. it was easy to get lost in that and focus on it so that i didn't have to worry about what might be next. as scary as it is, i am excited for whatever that might be. it would be such an honour, too. i'd never stop bragging about it. i love that. everything about it is perfect. there's so much space out there for women and the right people aren't taking advantage of it. i know that you'd do the stories and the characters justice in a way no many others could. i don't blame you. keep it far from your mind and leave it open to some spontaneity once the time does come. the same for you, too. we have a lot of time before my next one though. maybe we can throw in a few regular dinners before then, too.
Exactly, it's mine by right, and with how much I sweated in those suits, I'm pretty sure no one could, or would want to, put them on again. Although, to be fair, they could probably make a bit of money selling them on Depop. More than once, actually! But I hold back. There were even a few dates I brought back to the house that I already knew weren't going anywhere, and I was genuinely tempted to throw on the old Spider-Man suit just so she'd decide to leave instead of me having to ask. I know, it's cowardly, but come on... wouldn't that have been hilarious? You can totally blame me and I genuinely wouldn't be mad, in fact, I'd be defending you to every single member of the crew. I get it, though, one of those things that seems cool at first, but when you're clearing out all the useless stuff, it's always the first thing to go. You'd absolutely want me on your wardrobe team just so I'd let you sneak everything home, and honestly I'd probably be the one helping you fold it all into a suitcase and pretending I saw nothing. Here's hoping that's not the case with your show, though. A terrible ending really does make a series completely unrewatchable.
the sweat alone is like the real mark that it's yours. if anyone else wanted that afterwards, then that might be a huge red flag. you could probably get some good money out it though. oh my god, i kind of wish you had done that. it would have been so hilarious. maybe not for the date but then again, it could have just ended with them being let down the usual way. they'd see how funny it was with time and always have themselves a good story to tell. that's so sweet. i'll let you know if i need the backup which i hope is actually needed since i'm curious what you defending me would look like. can i hire you now or is it too late? or you know, you could just come on set and while everyone's fangirling over you, i can sneak away and take what i need. i hope it's not the case. there's so much that needs to be tied up so it'd feel like a disservice to everyone involved and the fans if they weren't all resolved.

No no, I never half ass anything.. I mean I do but this was something I was very passionate about as I never went to prom and wanted to make sure it was special for them. We went to the local country station and I asked if she could get on the air and ask him live and if he didn't hear it I had a back up plan. She told me he was the quarterback for her school so we made footballs that spelled out prom and hide them all around the football field and with the last football he found me standing there with a shirt that said Will you go to prom with Kaylee. He then put the balls together and what not it was honestly so cool. I even got them backstage and let them watch the show on stage. Funny, you say that I will be invited to the wedding.. Dude proposed to her at the show. So it was an incredible day for both of them. It was a good time. Anyway, Hello, how're you? Pleasure is all mine, Courtney.
that's so sweet, especially since you never had the moment yourself. i think adult proms are a thing if you ever wanted the experience. you're due for a good time yourself considering all the good energy you've put out there. are you still in contact with them? that's the cherry on top then. it sounds like they really had the best day ever. i'm a little jealous. actually, a lot. i'm doing well, thank you. busy filming these days but like with your music and fans, it's something i'm very passionate about so nowhere else i'd rather be.
So you are correct, it's scripted in the results. But also sometimes? When does a wrestler bleed? He's cut themselves with a blade. Like, for example, when my brother got the literal shit beaten out of him when Randy lifted up the steel step when he put it down on him, he didn't actually slam it on Cody. He did it quick enough so Cody could do what we call blading. Which is when you cut yourself for it. Or when they get pushed into an exposed turnbuckle, which also causes bleeding. It's also scripted in the fueds. For example, there are a few people I have fought with over the years who were the heel or the bad guy, and we feuded and fought and even had bad backstage segments, but when the cameras weren't rolling, we were/are friends. Some people, though, like Seth Rollins and Phillip, aka CM Punk? Their hate is in and out of the ring. And yes! Things change spur of the moment all the time. If someone gets badly injured, the ref will get a message from Gorilla or backstage saying make so and so pin to win, so they can get them off the mat and get checked on. We also have had accidents where wrestlers will get hurt outside the ring. Be it they fall or they hurt themselves in training so we will rehash things.
they actually cut themselves?? that's... intense. here i thought you guys had little packets of fake blood hidden somewhere and you used that when you could. i guess we all do crazy things for what we love so that applies double for everything you all do. who knew that jumping off things was the least of the dedication? i think i got the main idea. similar to what i figured but i know there's always different circumstances and moments. it's good that the refs have your backs, too.
what was your favorite fun fact about the movie from that video? i'm interested in knowing other people's opinions and not just on the film as a whole, but all the little nuances. now, now, miss eaton... you're flattering me. it may just go straight to my head. the ride has been crazy but very fun as well. a bit overwhelming in the best way. the hype and the award shows were a good time, but no... not much downtown. i've got things in the works that can't be put on hold. always on the go, you know? what about you? any fun upcoming projects or things you're passionate about?
the fact that the music sequence wasn't in the original script. i can't imagine that not being in the movie so thank god for revisions and reviews. then i got into the details about smoke and stack's clothes like with the red and blue. i could go on and on even more but it all just made me love the movie even more. it's all true so i'll take my chances. none even now? you poor thing. you're due for such a big vacation once you can. i'm just working on the last season of 'yellowjackets' now and beyond that, things are a little open for me so we'll see.
Hey, I can understand Sophie being your favorite because she's pretty amazing and you've known her pretty well, so that makes sense. But the fact that I'm a close second? Makes me pretty happy. Hey, don't be embarrassed; a lot of people didn't realize I wasn't Russian for the longest time. But yeah, I'm just a boy from Texas. I feel like such an ass when I say this, but I really only had a few weeks to learn the accent and the language. Because when I got hired for the part, it wasn't long after that we started filming, so I really had to spend hours a day for a couple weeks learning. You're Australian, right? That's the next accent I want to get down, honestly.
some people might call it bias at first but one second looking at how amazing she is in anything she does then they'd see why. you've got the second spot locked. i can't wait until the next season to see if you keep it. okay, i'm glad i'm not alone. again, that's all the power to you. don't feel like an ass at all. that's incredible and you should absolutely flaunt it and get the flowers for it. that makes what's on-screen even better, too. i am and if you need any pointers, i'm happy to give them out. you'll probably be fine since i'm sure it's a lot easier than russian.
how does it feel knowing that yellowjackets is ending soon? it pretty much blew up everywhere and it's unfair that you guys were only given four seasons to work with, it deserved so much more, and so did my queen lottie. does it feel bittersweet now that it's ending? i know when riverdale was over it felt weirdly like leaving behind some odd part of me. @cjaneblvd
it's incredibly bittersweet. maybe more on the bitter side since we thought we'd be going to five seasons. the change to four was out of nowhere. i'm so protective of lottie at this stage that all i can hope for is that she gets something good. i know considering what we know it won't be all good but at least some kind of closure would be nice.

oh my god, you're so sweet. some of the only times i really get to go all out with glam and i take that chance whenever i get. otherwise, i'd be in sweats instead. yes, it was! i got to present the award to seth rogen. and he was so gracious, then the studio kept winning for the majority of the night and it was unbelievable. listen, at this point i'm down to make this trip to australia. please, elaborate on the 'right' way and what are we willingly eating it with?
i would be taking the chance and running with it, too, so love that you do. it has to be the best feeling getting home afterwards and putting those sweats on. it's like another level of taking your bra off after a long day type feeling. between that and hacks, the comedy scene has been more than set these last few award seasons. you don't need to say it twice to me then. it's a win-win for me. you're supposed to have it on toast with butter and it's only supposed to be a little bit. too many people make the mistake of eating a ton once alone.
exactly when every thing seems bleak do something that makes you happy and iโve been really big on that this year. cardi b have down, she was energetic and really connects with her crowd well with it being her first tour. whatโs your favorite concert ever? i canโt wait to see your projects!
that's a really great mantra. i'm going to try my best to do more of that, too. it's so easy to get lost in negativity and noise but there should never be anything stopping you from doing what makes you happy. very jealous you saw her. i think i'd have to say lady gaga. that was like a whole theatrical experience. there wasn't much else like it.
