First post!   I'm going to try and bring you some lesser known, less archetypal images from the Civil War.  Mostly they will be pulled from the Library of Congress since their collection is so vast.  This one is from Mathew Brady's studio, from which you'll be seeing a lot of posts as well.  Enjoy!
