Medicine bottles in my time era mostly felt the same. To prevent patients and doctors from poisoning themselves or others, glass artists would put pronounced ridged in the sides of poison bottles so the fingers of the user would know that isn’t the right bottle. This was especially helpful in the dark or when you were trying to find the medicine in a timely manner.

after I told my best friend and my husband that I was a plague doctor in my last life, they have been teasing me with the plague doctor remedies. Every time anyone of us is sick at least someone remarks “Do cocain about it”
My Story
While at work I spaced out, seeming to transfer my consciousness into another, or past life. My vision was weird. Like I was just sitting and staring off into space then all the sudden I was at a very detailed and cluttered desk with “treatments” and names on a piece of parchment. I got up and walked out the room/office and saw a mirror. I was in a plague doctor uniform and a nurse walked in to my office with a shaking child with a glass doll. For some reason I took the girl into an operation room and prepped for some type of gorey procedure… I came back and my white board at my work desk had the treatments and patients like the parchment. This seeming flashback made me want to pursue more research about this life. This blog will house further flashbacks and research, no matter how graphic. So far I know that I was a plague doctor in the east europe area.
This is my little character that I will go by. The name “Ciumă” is Romanian for plague. The tail he has is based of a calico cat.
If I somehow or for some reason gain a following, fan art is welcome. I will gladly feature it on my page.
