When my stomach can't handle a normal meal anymore 😍🥰 so I vomit and some of it comes out my nose and then I have heart palpitations and think I'm dying as I pass out in said vomit and wake up in it paralyzed for a half hour so that my skin literally is burned by own stomach acid 🥰😍😍🥰
