ADVOC8 ( http://www.advoc8.com/ ) in DC conceived & produced it. We started our build on Wednesday, April 25th in DC commuting from Richmond the awesome team of Josh Huff, Adam Huff the builders, Natalie Kohlhepp helping create me the vision of our art director CHELSEA CAMPBELL & Advoc8 of an Alice in Wonderland Themed party for CNN. We created the moss tea wall 10 feet tall x 8 feet wide and sourced all the vintage & modern teacups, the aged mossed glass containers on the bar. The Clock DJ Booth (8 feet wide 8 feet tall back wall, and the booth itself 8 wide x 4.5 high x 4 deep. The Gold themed photo booth, we sourced the throne chair, created gold dipped props of Golf clubs, cheeseburgers, tea set, the platform that it sat on. In addition to those 3 main sets, we sourced Apothecary bottles, planted herbs, succulents & air plants in vintage lab glass, dressed the food table & dressed the table by the entrance with vintage Clocks, Apothecary Bottles, clock gears and hourglasses.
We could not get into the space to install the entire event until 12:30 AM Sunday morning with an out time by 9 AM, OK really we finished at 10 when guests were coming in the door!
