thinking about a boyfriend!nagi that loves having you over at his apartment all the time??
nagi had been playing his video game for well over an hour now, and he had you in his lap, and he had his chin resting on your shoulder as he held his controller and watched the screen.
you held your phone in one hand while the other was set on the back of nagis neck, your fingers running through his hair.
you were scrolling through your phone and realized what time it was. โhey sei iโm gonna have to leave soonโ
โhuh? why?โ he says, pausing his game. he sat his controller down on his thigh and pulled you off of him a little so he could see your face.
โgotta go to work today,โ you tell him.
nagi cocked his head, looking genuinely confused. โwork? what? but itโs saturday.โ
โsomeone called out so my boss called me to go in today,โ
he shrugs. โnah. stay here with me.โ
you sigh. โsei, iโve fake-called in sick three times this week already, iโll literally get fired if I donโt go.โ
โI told you to quit that dumb job already,โ he pulls you closer to him, holding you tight by the waist. โI have plenty of money anyways.โ
โbut thatโs your money,โ you say.
โour money. you know Iโll get you whatever you needโ he buries his face at the nape of your neck, placing a kiss there. โshould just move in with me alreadyโ
you smile. It really was tempting, and although he was being so casual, you knew he was serious. โItโs just one shift, Iโll be back before you know itโ
he whines, his voice low. โIโll die.โ
giggling, you hit his shoulder jokingly. โsei!โ
eventually, you convinced nagi to let you go to work, with the promise that you would be back to spend the night with him.
but before you even went into work, your phone pinged with a notification from your bank. It read,
Nagi Seishiro has sent you $3000
note: in case you get hungry. or like, to quit. <3

NOTES & WARNINGS eating/drinking, drunk!reader and drunk!katsuki
SERIES the shoe repairman & his lover
You're way too stiff right now.
You can barely think about anything else, especially when you're standing next to Katsuki. It's just a dinner and it's just Katsuki. He's a friend. You take the moment to peer over at him out of the corner of your eye. Right? Your eyes scan him for any sort of reaction to the situation and there's nothing.
He's just standing there--calm. So calm that he blinks slowly, too slowly. Or maybe it's you not being calm. No--No. Calm, cool, collected, Y/n. It's just a dinner. You inhale through your nose and exhale quietly, solidifying that train of thought in your mind as the elevator continues to rise past various floors. Until you remember: Socks. On the floor. Out in the open.
Fuck-- Ding.
The elevator opens to your floor and that stiff feeling starts to come back with every anxious step toward your apartment. You don't know if you should be cursing out your past self for leaving your dirty laundry on the floor or for inviting Katsuki in unplanned. But you have no time to dwell on that so you stop Katsuki a few feet away from your front door.
"I was rushing out this morning so sorry if it's a bit of a mess." You chuckle to make light of the situation but you can still feel a cold sweat start to break out as you prepare yourself to open your door--your life--to Katsuki, barely hearing his response. You feel like everything is happening too slowly but before you know it, the lights are on and everything is...
"It's clean." You whisper under your breath, admittedly surprised which Katsuki notes. "Jeez, you must be a slob if you're this surprised." Your face quickly morphs into an expression of shock and he can tell you're about to go into a long rant of trying to explain how you're actually the cleanest person you know when he shuts you up.
"I'm kidding, ya goof. You gonna show me where I can put my shoes?" The momentary shock passes through you quick and you snap yourself back into it. "Yes! Let me get you some slippers too."
Moving to the kitchen after setting your belongings down, you speed run through the list of groceries you had picked up earlier that week to cook. Katsuki makes himself at home on a stool at your--albeit small--kitchen island.
You hum quietly, indecisive of what to make when Katsuki speaks up. "Were you planning on making dinner tonight?" He smirks when you sheepishly avoid his gaze. "Honestly, after a shift like that at the cafรฉ, I'd normally just order takeout and call it a day." And so what? You deserve to be lazy every once in a while.
"That's fine. I'm probably a better cook than you anyways" Katsuki goads. You raise an eyebrow. "Oh really?" You don't sound impressed but you're certainly intrigued by what he proposes next. "Yeah, really. Sit your ass down and get ready to eat the best fucking meal of your life." Yes, sir.
Sitting your ass down, you nod in permission for him to rummage through your kitchen, silently taking educated guesses based on what he pulled out onto the counter. "Steak?" Katsuki starts prepping the food and it's not long until he's--almost professionally--cooking the steak on the stove. "You better have some good fucking wine to go with this."
Now that you can do. You smile and run over to your cabinet, pulling carefully selecting from one of the many bottles gifted to you as a wedding planner. In the midst of the kitchen chaos, Katsuki asks about your day, asking for every little detail from the time you woke up to what you thought the reasons were on why a few customers were acting more rude than usual.
"I really do think it's because the holiday season is over. Too many people go crazy over special holiday limited stuff for no reason. I don't know why I have to waste my time explaining to full-grown adults what 'holiday limited' means."
Katsuki huffs in amusement in the light of your rant, serving the steaming plates of food before taking a seat on the stool next to you. The conversation continues between the two of you, going back and forth about your day, his day, and all the days the two of you lived without the presence of the other, all while taking sips of wine in-between.
(And you know where this is going.)
You've moved to the kotatsu set up in your living room, basking in the heat with your legs slowly tangling between Katsuki's in a drunken, half-assed game of footsie (or is it legsie?) as the two of you find a position to sit in comfortably. "Didn't think you'd be such a light weight." You giggle, knowing you're not much more of a heavy drinker than he was.
"'m not," Katsuki slurs. "People don't finish three fuckin' bottles by themselves." You hum in response. "I thought it was five." Under the kotatsu, you feel something nudge against your leg and you both laugh softly in drunken stupor.
When your laughter starts to slowly die out, your mind sobers to speak. "Can I ask you something?" Katsuki motions for you to continue. "Why do you do what you do? Why a shoe repairman?" It was purely curiosity, but you can hear a change in the tone of his voice when he speaks.
"Because I believe it's my personal legend."
"Your 'personal legend'?" He nods. "You never read The fucking Alchemist?" You shake your head and he continues. "It's a short book but I've read it twice in my life. The first time I was just too fucking dumb to understand what the hell it was talking about, but then I read it for a second time, and shit actually started to make sense.
"'Personal legend' is just the books' words for destiny. I guess I discovered that when I was workin' with Kirishima. Kirishima's a fucking idiot, and I love him, but I didn't love my job there.
"And that's when I read The Alchemist for the second time in my life. I fuckin' near hated that job and I discovered what I didn't like, so I started tryin' to figure out what I did like. And I like being the best at shit, and it could be anything.
"It didn't have to be a shoe repairman, it could have been a firefighter, or a librarian, or a fuckin' superhero if this world allowed it, it doesn't matter what it is. If I'm the fuckin' best at it, there's nothin' to hate."
A part of you is amazed to hear Katsuki speak so seriously and passionately about something and you can't help that your lips are slight agape in awe. "And that's why you're a shoe repairman." Katsuki smiles softly, something you never thought you'd see before. I'll remember this moment forever.
"And thank fuck I did." Your faces are closer than you remembered them to be, the both of you resting your heads in the fold of your arms on top of the kotatsu. The warm lights of your living room seem to glow softer and turn hazy around you as you and Katsuki fall into a deep silence. He captures your gaze and doesn't look away, and you begin to think that there's something uniquely beautiful about his eyes that you can't quite put your finger on.
"Why?" You whisper. Katsuki smiles again and you wish he would smile like that forever. "Because I wouldn't have met you." His hand comes up to cradle your head from the back, pulling you towards him across the short corner of the table until his lips press against your forehead softly.

yall i just watched this crazy video on immediate manifestation by arzee on youtube and i just wanna say to anybody reading this rn, thank u for the support i've received on this blog. i don't write much anymore but to come on every once in a while and still see people give love to my fanfics is so dear to me and i appreciate everyone here. to anyone reading this, you're gonna do great things in life and even when it doesn't feel like it, u just have to trust the universe will always help u get what u want as long as u believe hard enough. have a lovely day <3
โyouโre killing me, ryo,โ you whine as you feel sukunaโs full weight rest on your back. his massive body with four arms easily blankets yours, making your small frame invisible to anyone who might walk in on you two.
sukuna scoffs and doesnโt bother moving. โif i wanted to i couldโve done so long time ago, brat,โ he grumbles in your ear. his head rests near your left shoulder as he breathes in your familiar scent. the only human scent heโd ever tolerate and enjoy.
you sigh, but accept your fate. your cheek is smushed against one of the pillows, body laying fat on the plush mattress. you could get used to thisโbeing nearly crushed by your big, beefy husband. itโs comfortable as much as it is suffocating.
sukuna pushes his face into the crook of your neck, laying still. he cannot help the protectiveness that bubbles up inside of his chest. the sight of you so small compared to him makes him realise just how vulnerable you are. as a human, a mere mortal.
โyโknow, i can crush yโr head with just one hand,โ he comments with a grin, attempting to โthreatenโ you.
โoh? then do it,โ you hum and close your eyes.
sukuna frowns at your straightforward answer. youโve clearly gotten used to his so-called threats. from cowering in fear when you first met him, to nonchalantly dismissing his attempts at intimidation.
the development of your relationship is quite amusing to him to say the least.
hey vi! how are you?? I was just reading through your bakugou fics and I was wondering if youโre planning on continuing the show repairman and his lover series?? Itโs so good <3
hi sweets :) thank u for showing love to my bkg fics <3 iโve been well
itโs been a while and i canโt give a sure answer since im not v active here nowadays but i can tell u that the shoe repairman and his lover series is held dearly in my heart and something i very much want to finish. again, not a guarantee but a distant possibility

THANK YEW SHAY FOR THE TAG <33 this is the last song from my spotify bc i was thinking about writing a fic inspired by it :> and what better way of getting inspiration than playing it on repeat.
no pressure tags: @mitsies @aanobrain @aiixen @escapenightmare @noosayog @cielcius
i think bakugou being harsh is what makes him charming. heโs rather blunt/harsh with his words and isnโt one to beat around the bush so idk what that anon was on but wtv ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ also can others just stop criticizing peoples works, constructive or not, no one asked.
ong thatโs what i was saying xiao. itโs also comedic too which honestly adds to the charm
He's definitely gotten some soft moments lately and been softer here and there but he's def still rough. It's part of his core personality. And ur very welcome. I am sending u lots of love, too ๐
Looks like some anon doesn't understand bakugou's character + personality. He's harsh. Rather than give unwanted criticism (and rudely at that), go write your own Bakugou fic, anon.
this is just what i was thinking onyx.
iโm not really up to date w the manga nor the anime but iโd say bakugou is still somewhat rough w his friends and classmates. taking into perspective of him w a romantic partner, though no one truly knows how he would canonically romance, some might say it would take a while for him to warm up to them depending on the timeline setting. we all have different takes on his character but his harshness is very much a part of him and maybe even a part of his charm

Bakugou can be too harsh with his words towards the reader in your fanfics. You should tone it down
maybe ur just sensitive.
keep in mind the majority of my fics were written years ago when i was younger. iโm so genuinely sorry u couldnโt handle a 15 yr oldโs writing and if ur gonna give โconstructive criticismโ or โfeedbackโ like this, wtv the hell u call it, donโt. save ur comments for the ppl who gaf
