"Needy, unable to cope" (<- you try coping with chronic pain)

"Comfort seeking" (<- you mean.. having a preference for not being in pain.. how criminal)

"Using or trying to obtain drugs on a long-term, chronic base" (<- do you understand what 'chronic pain' means.)

"Asking for pain med then returning to sleep."

"States he’s level 10 pain, but does not appear to be in pain (or ‘5= on appearance)." (<- it is well-known that chronic pain patients tend not to display pain in the same way as acute pain patients)

"Dramatic response to pain" (<- notice how this directly contradicts the comment above. you cannot win)

"Gets IV med, then leaves unit to smoke or walk around" (<- wow requiring medication and then going off to do something you needed pain meds to be able to do is so suspicious)

I am writing these words with tears streaming down my face. I can no longer bear this pain. My wife is suffering from a severe deficiency in vitamins, especially vitamin D, and she urgently needs surgery to save her life. Her body is growing weaker day by day, malnutrition is stealing her strength, and I stand helpless watching her suffer.

All I wish for is to see her alive and healthy. Please help us provide healthy food, her medications, and fund the surgery that could save her life.

In Paper Mario, if Mario's Spin Jump move is interrupted by a Spy Guy's slingshot projectile, he will retain whatever degree of rotation he had at that moment for as long as he keeps moving along the ground. The glitch will end if Mario either jumps or stops moving.

Note that this works only with the Spin Jump, which is available to Mario (assuming glitch-free progression) from Chapter 3 to Chapter 6 of the story, after which it is replaced with the Tornado Jump. As such, this glitch can only be performed if the player is not too far into the game.
