@ciaprincess Requested: Could I please request a Jaime x Reader where she is a servant or something at kings landing (maybe the girl that came to the door in the episode 7/5, I think), and she is friends with Jaime. She’s secretly in love with him and doesn’t confess it to him until he’s about to leave. Small fluff and angst, angst, angst!

Your feet moved quicker than they ever had. You were going against everything you’d been brought up on, and you knew the punishment if Queen Cersei ever found out would be ruthless. Your death or greater than that, but at that moment none of that matter.
All that raced through your mind was you much reach him before he’s gone. So, hiking up your thin dress, you moved through Kings-Landing with a quick pace. When you finally saw him, there on his horse with nothing other than his sword and a light cloak, you felt yourself freeze. Was this the right decision? To throw your entire life away for a man that may not even want you? For a man that may have never wanted you?
You’d heard, everybody always knew, about Jaime and Cersei relationship. You believed you’d always known, but as Cersei became queen and it didn’t seem to matter if they kept it hidden anymore because, well, she was the queen, you’d wondered if you’d been leading yourself on this entire time.
Yes, you were only a measly servant girl to the queen along with many others, but for some reason Jaime had become a companion to you. You don’t know why he began speaking to you, you were nothing special, but he had and from the day on you’d fallen in love with him. You had to watch the man you loved, love his sister, bed his sister and have babes with his sister while you stood by and served her.
You would’ve never admitted your feelings. Jaime had always been kind to you, but no one other than the two of you knew about your friendship. And while he’d never done anything but be sweet to you, you were sure he loved Cersei and you were nothing compare to her.
But then you’d heard that Jaime was leaving. Word spread fast around in the castle, no matter how little or how large the rumour was, and you’d heard about Jaime abandoning Cersei. You weren’t sure why or how, but you didn’t care. If Jaime was too leave, you needed to tell him.
Panting, you stared at his clothed back. Jaime still hadn’t noticed you were here, though it didn’t surprise you, you’d made sure to be quiet incase you decided to back out. Clenching your hands, you tried to dissipate the nerves that ran through you. You were just a measly servant girl. No family, no name, no wealth, what would someone as highborn as Jaime Lannister what with you? When he had Cersei?
But, then again, he’d left Cersei.
“My Lord?” The words slipped past your tongue quicker that you even had time to prepare yourself.
Swallowing the lump in your throat, you watched as Jaime turned around, his face sullen until his eyes fell on you. “Y/N?” He called softly, his voice doing nothing to mask the shock he felt at the sight of you. Taking a deep breath you stepped forward, you could feel your skin go clammy with fear and you were sure you were the palest you’d ever been. “What are you doing here?”
“I needed to tell you something, my Lord.” You convinced, your eyes tracing his figure as he slowly got down from his horse. He seemed anxious, no doubt desperate to get away from Kings-Landing, for whatever reason that was.
“Y/N, you can’t be here.” Jaime stressed, walking towards you as he looked around. “If Cersei were to find out you’d abandoned your duties, to meet with my no less, you’d be executed.”
“I know,” you nodded. Bracing yourself, you opened your mouth. You needed to just say it, while you had the chance and before someone came. “It’s just- just, ever since you talked to me that day, my Lord, i’ve fallen deeper and deeper down this hole. I know i’m just a servant, with no wealthy heritage, and I know I could never compare to someone of the likes of Queen Cersei. But, I risked everything today just to tell you one thing, my Lord; i’m in love with you.”
Jaime’s face didn’t change from the shock expression, he said nothing. Which did nothing to calm your nerves.
When you realized that this wasn’t going to be for anything and Jaime would never love you back, it took every ounce of your being not to cry. So you took a step back, shaking your head in pity as you avoided eye contact. “My apologizes, that, that was inappropriate, my Lor-”
“Jaime.” He uttered, interrupting you. Furrowing your brows, you dared to look back up at him. “My name is Jaime.”
“I do not understand, my Lord.”
“Call me Jaime, Y/N.” Jaime explained, a smile slipping his tired features. “I am riding out North to fulfill a pledge I made, ride with me.”
Your face grew red, and you stumbled over your thoughts. “But- w-why?”
“If you love me like you profess you do, lovers are equal.” Jaime smiled brilliantly, reaching out to grab your wrist. Pulling you forward, he pressed a gently kiss against your forehead. “I love you too, I think I always have. I’ve just been too stupid to realize it.”
You smiled, finally, realizing the reality of his words. You let Jaime pulled you forward, towards his horse as he got on first before pulling you on so you sat in front of him. His good hand held on to the railings, while his golden hand laid on your thigh. You felt him kick the horse as you started moving. Wistfully you let your head fall against his chest, staring at what was once your home, now no longer.
