He’s been following him with gun in his hand repeating the words”get your hand out of you pocket”, when it’s clearly seen on the video this guy had his hand pointing at him.

The shooters were driving Mercedes’ and multiple protesters say they saw shots come out of hidden police vehicles. Tell me what regular black person pens government grade snipers…. WHICH they very much knew how to use and conceal without suspect? TELL ME.

Let’s take a look back at the GROTESQUE history of all the inside jobs, instigations, and strife that those in power have done to demonize people of color.

Listen, Black People and BLM movement weren’t killing anybody… No matter how hard they tried the movement as a whole used no violence. NONE.

Now… During the most ‘MURICA month of the year when people are at their most patriotic: 4+ people die at the hands of the police. Caught on tape, the civilians were not the aggressor it showed the police as the aggressor 10 fold. Then 5 officers get shot mysteriously and of course the police post a picture of a black man exercising his 2nd amendment? HA.

i can’t sleep after reading about the murders of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile. The tears of their families should not have been shed, these men should be safe and in their homes, none of this should have happened. It’s the same scared, hopeless feeling that seems too common these days.. in a twisted way I’m lucky that my skin color is not perceived by some law enforcement as a threat. by merely existing, someone is a threat? no. we need serious reform to police training, and repercussions for these officers. maybe if the justice system takes these cases seriously, officers will think twice before murdering people with reckless abandon.

To the black girls who read this: I am here for you, and I am so moved by the grace and poise you possess even in the face of trauma and prejudice.

to everyone else: don’t be silent about this. vote, protest, donate, post. if you hear some ignorant people using racial slurs at school, embarrass the fuck out of them and shut it down. make it uncool to be racist. people who are hopeless will always say “online activism is worthless” and “one vote doesn’t change anything bro”, and they’re right to an extent. but the greater picture that they are missing is that any successful movement in history was made possible by individual people coming together. you aren’t the only one who is enraged by this. i am not the only one. let’s do something about it.

I am not pretending to know all the answers or have any sort of leadership role here, but I feel responsible to say something. My blog reaches thousands of people.. to have a platform with that potential and not use it seems negligent and cowardly to me.
