as a female DGD fan, knowing this band has knowingly invited back and harbored 2 rapists is making me increasingly uncomfortable. that and Andrew defending the band against reasonable criticism and apparently standing up for ronnie radke might make this the first headline tour I intentionally sit out. the comments about Connie (SYSC) I've seen are fucking disgusting, I don't know the band or know her but nobody deserves that.
idk I really feel like DGD fanbase has gone down the toilet since they toured with FIR, the toxicity has gone up 1000% and the recent militant Tilian support doesn't even seem genuine, it seems like a reaction from misogynistic people who take offense to rape being a reasonable cause for "cancel culture". I'm fucking tired. I feel this intense hatred for everyone in the band for harboring 2 rapists and touring with somebody like Ronnie Radke. Especially Andrew for his dudebro comments on podcasts, acting like criticizing this choice is akin to being a bad fan.
