This weekend participated in the hardloop4daagse. a four-day competition with a total of 60km. The running was very disappointing, but it was a good workout.

Too late from home part II

Today was just like friday. I left too late from home and i ran a lot harder than planned. I ran the 11k to work this time in 45:35. The difference was that it was a constant Pace today.

The Journey has started!!!

Today i started my journey to the Marathon Terschelling NL (Berenloop). This morning i had a early morning run from home to my work. It is about 11k. After 46min i'll arrived at my work and i started with my breakfast, bananas and homemade (by my girlfriend Madelon) Vegan banana bread and a kiwi.

After work i had a 4k run to home in a pace of 15k an hour.At home i had Vegan Sushi and Vegan burgers for dinner.

Day 1 is a fact!
