Now, Miss Persson is currently in a board meeting; however, she is interested in arranging a meeting with Whisper, and she wants it as soon as possible Would 4:00 PM next Monday be available?

Whisper hoped his double-take and initial stammering weren’t audible on the line. “Ah- Do you mean Ingrid Persson, the CEO of Burger Palace? That’s a surprise. But, yes, a meeting should be possible! Next monday at 4? Sure. Uh… One question, though : Where would this meeting be? and I would like to warn in advance that I might be pulled away to oversee any operation suddenly coming up. And… I have no real way to predict if something is going to be happening or not. Otherwise, I would definitely warn in advance.” Bureaucracy was always nerve-wracking for Whisper, but he tried to appear somewhat professional. Why did someone like Persson want to meet him personaly?

“Oh, Director Kelly must not have informed you yet! Miss Persson is interested in helping with the reclamation effort. She wants to visit you at your Headquarters to discuss ways she can help.”

“Oh! I see!” He said, putting 2 and 2 together. This was a promotion campaign… Interesting! “Well, we would happily welcome Miss Persson to our temporary HQ, but I feel the need to warn in advance : this is a temporary location. It has been chosen for it’s position in town, and not for the glamourous paintjob… So the place is… less than photogenic, to say the least. I do hope she won’t mind? Will you also be present?”

“I will notify her on this fact, but she most likely will not mind. As for me personally being there; presumably I will.”

(I guess I will jump in too.) C0dy explained the basics of our ‘bodies’, and how we shift quite well. But one thing I have found out the hard way, when we overwork ourselves. Our projections kind of just... fade. As in they become more transparent, laggy, and slower. theoretically to the point where we would just be,’Brains’. Not a pleasant experience. Very painful, confusing, and terrifying. Happened first week on my job as Miss Persson’s secretary. *he shakes his head.* But, I’ve learned to take better care of myself. And I’m sure it doesn’t have any lasting negative effects!
