The killer's name hasn't been revealed yet but the game files refer to them as "Justice". I did some edits so you can see the killer without their mask and in underwear (notice the burn scars on their hands):

There's also a co-worker called Jackie who is the same gender as the killer. They try to befriend the MC and seem to have a crush on them. They share the same jacked up body type as the killer. Full size sprites not shown in the game (at least yet):

Looks like PB is testing something new. Like in Rescued hearts, BMV has so-called premium micro choices. They're low cost choices that don't offer more content but may be somewhat better than regular choices. Not that non-premium choices are bad either, at least so far.
