Two of the overall points all these books make are:
1. in order to elevate to the next level especially when youβre considering wanting to make millions is you have to invest and build a team. Just because you can do it yourself doesnβt mean you should, hire your weaknesses.
2. Focus on mastering one thing and build it up before jumping into something else. Being BUSY will get you nowhere, focus on actually being productive.
BeyoncΓ© recently did an interview were she touched on the saying βwe have the same 24 hours as BeyoncΓ©β. She spoke highly on how her life would not function and she wouldnβt be were she is had she not hired and built up her team. So yes you have the same 24 hours as her but no you donβt (yβall will catch that later).
Making $1,000,000 will require a lot more of you than making $100,000. Itβs going to require a new focus, a new mindset and new time dedication.
Stop letting people who have never even made $1,000,000 tell you how millionaires behave. MOST of us outsource heavily because time be busy doing laundry can be spent doing something more productive like preparing for a launch.
Time spent trying to come up with marketing material can be more productive by hiring a marketing firm which will double or even triple your revenue and allows you to focus on other services and products.
When I say I only work 2 days out of the week that doesnβt mean I am not being productive. During those two days I handle crucial parts of my business and ensure task are delegated, pay roll is ran, my legal forms are prepared etc. My team handles everything else.
My team right now consists of:
-2 attorneys (real estate & estate planning)
-My housekeepers (for my STR)
-Other contractors I hire when needed
I just recently hired a writer, graphics designer and in the process of hiring a marketing team.
My team will make me a billionaire. My team is how I am able to sit at home and focus on my daughters schooling and travel. My team is how I am able to make my money work for me so efficiently.
If your goal is to make $1,000,000 or more you have to be more efficient with your time. Not wanting to outsource is likely leaving so much money on the table.
