Best sushi omakase I’ve ever had in LA! Modern & delicious, albeit slightly Americanized, Chinese food in a nice space (formerly, an opera house): scallops w/ heirloom tomatoes & ponzu; salt & pepper shrimp w/ lime; strawberry & star anise pavlova; roasted banana ice cream w/ granola. #gentrifyingchinatown #nomnom (at Chinese Tuxedo)
