Summary: Head of the underworld sect Shie Hassakai. Since the old boss’s fall, Hassakai seized true power. As his aim was to make his organization supreme conquerers of the underworld, he was willing to use any means necessary to fulfill that goal. For a time he was in an alliance with the League of Villains, but after a time where he was attacked by them, both his arms were amputated. He received medical care, but afterwards his reconstruction quirk was scattered. However, because of the danger of his ideology, he has been imprisoned in Tartarus.

Conspirators:

Chronostasis: As a chief associate of Overhaul, he continuously kept careful watch over his affairs.

Mimic: Shie Hassakai’s general manager, responsible for supporting the organization. His transforming strength allowed him to secretly assimilate into walls and create giant labyrinths, hindering the heroes’ path.
