Based on my experience, the representation of feminine guys in media is much rarer than that of masculine girls. Perhaps I don't watch or play as much, but Ralsei was a real revelation for me. I live in a fairly conservative and homophobic environment, and before meeting him, I doubt I would have been as accepting of feminine-looking guys. Such characters are an important step for human culture. They help millions of people understand that generally accepted feminine things in guys (dresses, makeup, a gentle personality) are normal and there is nothing wrong with them.

I just recently played through the chapter myself since a decent translation into my language finally came out. And now I want to share a drawing of Flowery with you. You know, he's a pretty good character, yeah, but no one can top Flowey, of course. I even have this thought that I WOULD LIKE Flowery to be more similar to Flowey in personality and stuff, but at the same time, I realize that it would completely flip the whole concept upside down, and it probably wouldn't make sense—like, why should Flowery be evil? I've even thought about creating an AU where Flowery is more like his predecessor, but damn, that's such a huge amount of work that I doubt I could handle it.

Yeah, I guess. It’s a bit hard to ship them considering that unlike the yellow soul, Clover, the Blue soul doesn’t have a specific, fandom-accepted interpretation. So I just have my own interpretation of the Integrity soul.

Look at me now, fanning over a character who has never even appeared in the game, and 70% of her is just fanmade. The Dess Holiday phenomenon is honestly so interesting. You could say I’m a fan of the version of Dess that the fandom created.
