Was summoned on a new moon at the witching hour.

His summoning wasn't sanctioned or witnessed, but Primo, as Papa, signed off on it in retrospect, allowing Terzo to become a cardinal anyway. Terzo missed beating Primo as the youngest cardinal by just a few months. Terzo is still salty about it.

Due to how he was summoned, it has affected his bond with his summoner and has increased his natural abilities.

Omega is the only quintessence ghoul to have a full connection to their summoner. For example, both can share visuals, thoughts, emotions, and locations with each other, to name a few.

He has hidden patterns that show up the more elemental power he uses. Different ones will show up first depending on which aspect of his power he's using.

When using his powers fully, he becomes more grayscale, his skin becomes darker, his eyes go completely black, wisps of aether drift from his eyes, and all markings are visible. He has only had to use his full powers twice.

The first time was healing the damage the summoning ritual caused to Terzo. Under normal circumstances, the mind is tested to an extreme extent during the summoning ritual for Quintessence ghouls. The extent to which you are tested makes them the hardest to summon. In this case Terzo's whole constitution was tested due to a miscalculation on the summoner's part.
