Assorted drawings for a defunct Rift guild.
Illustration by @wolftabard, painted by me.
Mmm... Mmm... Super Sculpey + Citadel paints.
WIP Siegmeyer of Catarina, polymer clay. Going to try to make a resin cast of this guy when he's finished.

My amazing fiancee made me this leather dice bag with the Aldwen Archives logo embossed on the front. One of my worldbuilding goals with Aldwen is to eventually run a tabletop game in the setting. Now I pretty much have to.
Pandaren spirit mask chocolates!
Awesome!!! How did you make them? It’d be cool to give to some of my WoW friends for Valentines. :)
I sculpted the masks from polymer clay, then used Amazing brand mold putty to make the molds. Then I filled them with dark chocolate chips I stuck in the microwave until they were just to the point of melting.
Here’s a link to the mold putty: http://www.moldputty.com
I guess this is the sort of thing that should go on my art blog.
Julianos in watercolor pencil, and a little gold ink. The stained glass is a copy of an original illustration by Bethesda.
An illustration for my Skyrim journal, which has been woefully neglected.
Illustrations on my coldsteel handaxe. Silver sharpie and black felt pen, sealed with clear engine enamel.
WIP polymer clay sculpt of one of my girlfriend's OCs from Guild Wars 2. Not sure I'll ever finish this. It's been a WIP for about a year and a half now...

Dwarf face carvings on the table legs of our new kitchen island. Heavily inspired by the Warhammer Online art book.
Time to get working on holiday presents!!
Wooden elder futhark rune set and leather Icelandic stave bag. Created as a raffle prize for my European martial art group's Halloween party. For my first attempt at leatherworking, I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. There will definitely be more of these projects to follow.
I've been doing some pommel designs on training swords used by our European martial arts group. These were painted with acrylic and detailed with micron pen, then sealed with clear engine enamel. The bronze designs are original art by dvergagal.tumblr.com and the red designs are original art by me. Stormcloak bear sigil (c) Bethesda.
Pommel art for my girlfriend's cold steel. She and I collaborated on the designs. Pretty happy with the way they turned out!

Detailing on a trivet tile painted as a gift for my EMAA lead knight. The illustration is meant to depict the three aspects of the Celtic goddess Morrigan (though I think they ended up looking a little more like Big Bird than crows), and is done in her heraldic colors. Inspiration drawn from the Lindisfarne Gospels.
The trivet frame came from a yard sale up in Blacksburg. The background color is car paint, detailing is done in gold/silver acrylics and black pen, and it is coated with clear engine enamel to make it heat resistant.
Included WIP shots of the original sketch (on a post-it note) and the stencil.
Tonight I finished the resin casts on all four masks. The extremities — horns, ears, beaks, and the like — suffered from a few air bubbles. But all told, I’m pretty happy with the outcome.
I used Amazing brand mold putty and casting resin found here. Not the highest quality stuff, but it comes in a convenient kit for newbies like me.
I was surprised at how easy this whole process was, actually! I highly recommend it to anyone interested in experimenting with molds and casts. It’s definitely the start of something fun for me.
Reposting for the art blog.
