I'm needing to get on with some work today, had to remember that my drawing tablet can be powered by the same device that is connected to it.

- both ports for video and pen control? Are on the right, the power on the left.

I did find this out some time ago but it's amazing that this is a possibility. It did require me moving some of the ports on my laptop around but that easily solved by my framework laptop

Also I do have a mouse which I could just move to the usb dongle I have on it.

I do actually DM so I would be happy to but I also don't know anyone who would want to play.

Also other thing to consider would be time zones and when we have time to play.

My current setup. Outside, in my garden.

It has recently been hot in the UK. And last night I decided that I would play outside on my switch.

This led me to start making a game. Which I have started to design.

A city building game that is similar to animal crossing or stardew valley, that is set at night.

I'm making the main idea for the city currently. I already have a bit of a plan for mechanics, I do also have a repo that is set up on my home network using a pi. And one more thing:

My life is chaos. i would say. I don't feel like I have my true self sometimes and other times i do.

This is going to be a weird post, but as it's tumblr. probably not as much as other sites.

I am fed up of playing my self masking in public. also because my intrests: art, animation, game making, etc. doesn't seem to be in my favor for school. It is. in some cases, but to the general lot of people it is not.

i need to get on with stuff. i'll probably do a quick update later.

I found out something about myself today:

I have barely any confidence because I don't trust myself.

Yeah.... But I kinda want the confidence to trust in myself but I don't have the trust in myself to be confident.

It's a loop, ISH. Mainly because to trust yourself you need to be confident and to be confident you need to trust yourself. The ISH bit is you just need to trust yourself. Which you can do at any time. Regardless of if you are confident or not.

i really wanted to do this yesterday.

but. it was my birthday. i decided that i wasn't going to post on my birthday because i wanted to just have fun. -- it was a good idea.

Ok. So... Haven't done this in some time.

Needed to do it, so.

I'm tidying my room.

It's still a mess. And I may as well bully myself into doing it. I mainly thought: why the fuck is my room a mess, it would be easier to do stuff if it was tidied.

And so. I removed a bookcase that I didn't use much. And now I have a bit more space. Still need to finish tidying though.

Random thing of today: arrow repair. I managed to have the fletchings fall off and so now I'm having to repair the arrows. One of the arrows had a problem with it's knock so my mum fixed it.

I need to do some gluing.

Good news: arrows have been repaired.
