hi i’m emmett ! last week i went out to drive my car and saw a nail in the side of my tire. i was informed by a mechanic that they wouldn’t be able to patch it , as such i need a new tire. i’m waiting for a reply for an estimate on how much the labor will cost for a new tire but the tire itself will cost about $75.

in addition to that i need to buy groceries this weekend so we have food for the week (about $85) and i need to change my oil (about $40) so my car doesn’t stop working when i finally do get the tire fixed. i’m asking for $200 to get all of these things done ! if anyone can boost this post i’d really appreciate it; anything helps!

i’m spencer, a 21 y/o college student. i’m physically disabled and have a fun variety of mental health problems, leading to my psychiatrist agreeing that i would benefit from an ESA. yes, the creature in the picture is my ESA, PB (she’s homophobic but i love her anyways).

my landlord has no grounds to refuse my ESA, but i can’t afford a lawyer and multiple HUD complaints haven’t done anything. i’m trying to raise part of the pet deposit, which is $1000 (my ESA is not a pet).

the main reasons i need an ESA are my anxiety and PTSD; primarily, it helps to not be alone. PB is also great at distracting me and very cuddly. literally just having her presence helps me, and it’s good to have a reason i have to get up.

my roommate also has an ESA, so we’re in the same boat with him. additionally, his dog is in danger. my roommate’s parents are garbage and give him access to grapes, chocolate, and overfeed him. he should be 7-8 pounds, and he’s now close to 11 pounds. scar has learned jay’s signals for when he needs support, so the two of them are very close. additionally, scar was with jay during a traumatic event that jay is developing PTSD symptoms from. it would help jay a lot to have scar back.

my roommate & i are being illegally denied our ESAs by our landlord. specifics are in the gofundme, but this is an overview:

my roommate’s dog has been trained by him to specifically interrupt him during panic/anxiety attacks and make him laugh, and he’s also learned to lay on his chest to provide pressure

i have severe anxiety about being alone due to anxiety & PTSD, so my cat helps with that. she doesn’t have any particular training because she’s a cat, but she helps me so much

so obviously it’s a super funny joke that percy had four people with crushes on him in botl right. annabeth, rachel, calypso, nico. this boy is everyones type and i love him for it. im a lesbian and hes still my type.

but also? it kinda hurts if you think about why he was that oblivious.

this boy went his whole childhood with no friends, only his mom to love him. he was bullied for being “different.” his stepdad abused him. even once he got to camp, he was quickly the “different” one in a place that should have been home, solely because he is a son of poseidon.

i know times are tough for everyone rn but if anyone has anything they can spare i’d really appreciate it because i’m going to be out $600 that i DESPERATELY need to make ends meet
