Meera held her concerned gaze for only a moment longer before she nodded bruskly and stalked off to see to Hodor and Jojen. When she was satisfied that they were getting a little rest, she returned to Bran with an idea. Squatting down beside him, she said "Bran, I know I have no right to assume, but I'm betting that it would it make you feel better to warg into Summer and go scouting ahead a little, right?" She stopped to look up and make eye contact before she continued. "You don't have to go too far, but maybe it would take your mind off of this worry, huh?"

Meera ate slowly, staring ahead but using her peripheral vision to watch Bran as he tentatively took the meat, then began ripping into it viciously. It was times like these when she could really see how much he was actually turning into a wolf, and how much his warging had...

Her face drooped from the trying smile she was failing to maintain. When Bran was in these moods it was best just to drop it, and although Meera usually put up a fight, she couldn't tonight. Sighing, she shifted slightly and began contenting her by putting tiny sticks together in the earth to make an indian teepee shape. A feeble breeze ruined her fun by knocking them over and Meera huffed in frustration, before giving up altogether.
