sift in cocoa, flour, salt, baking powder. fold gently—don’t overmix.
add chocolate chunks because life is hard and you deserve it.
pour into pan, smooth the top.
bake for 20–25 mins (edges set, center slightly soft = perfect).

underbake > overbake. always.
