I'm in need of a more recent PC so I can keep up with the industry standards of 2D animation and 3D. My current machine is an i3 that can no longer be updated (old motherboard), so I'll have to relent and get a new one despite this one being fine. Here where I live, workplaces rarely will provide work tools for the job, so we have to own the equipment ourselves and I'm having a hard-time finding a job on the field because of this. An OC of mine. It's honestly been a huge while since I really liked any drawing I did. I caught myself drawing things I did not really want or rushed to do so I would stay on the trends (which tbh didn't do anything for me). I caught myself trying to make things the fastest, cleanest way as possible just so I had something to deliver. I just want to draw. I don't want to be a "content creator" by any means, but having no visibility means less "work". I feel like I have no chance if I don't keep trying to appeal to a greater audience and it frightens me sometimes. [Book Illustration] The Waning grandpa

Some illustrations I did for the Pingo Doce Children Book Competition (Prémio de Literatura Infantil Pingo Doce). It's a yearly competition divided in two phases: writing competition for a children's story and a illustration competition based on the said winning story. This year's story is about how a grandson perceives his grandpa as he ages.
