Thought I would do a short and sweet recap of my little fandom world in 2013, just before it’s year is gone and stowed away in history…

This year has been fruitful - I have achieved and accomplished so much in these 12 months…

CNBLUE started their BLUE MOON World Tour, throwing fans into a complete frenzy. Below are my fandom milestones:

I probably have missed out a few but you get the idea - 2013 had been CRAZY for me (and my team at CNBShin).

Not forgetting the occasional translation/subbing work, as well as supporting other partners & affiliates’ projects for their countries’ BLUE MOON stops.

Thank you for your support in one way another this year. Let us all continue to support the boys in our very own ways, love each other, and keep this fandom a sane and safe haven for boice (:

This is my third OOR concert, my second in Singapore. My original companion fell sick a few days before and was unable to attend this long-awaited concert with me. Thankfully I manage to have another music lover come with me, to witness the awesomeness of this Japanese rock band. Work has been very hectic hence leaving the office late, despite being a Friday. After filling our hungry tummies with some food, we quickly rushed to the concert venue, the Hard Rock Colliseum, which has become much more hard to locate, in Resort World Sentosa. Hearing the loud music starting and the cheers of fans, we ran into the venue, and greeted by the first opening song - just in time! After finding ourselves a good spot we started to enjoy ourselves, immersed into the good rock music by this talented band. Despite haven't heard of their music at all, my companion was quickly won over by their fantastic music and live performance and started to enjoy herself tremendously. Songs after songs passed, time was passing too fast, 1.5 hours was not enough. Below is the set list, taken from @oneokrock_sg: 1. Intro: Where idiot should go- 2. Ending Story?? 3. Deeper Deeper 4. The Beginning Encore: 16. Wherever you are The Singapore leg of the tour being after their stint in Europe, Taka's English had improved tremendously (it was pretty good to start with!). The other members took the effort to learn sentences in English and gave their own little speeches, thanking the crowd for the awesome time and expressed how glad they were to perform again in this sunny island. Only a single line of Japanese was spoken in the whole concert by Taka, after seeking permission to. He simply just had to convey his heartfelt gratitude and happiness to be here again! They seemed to have picked up a new pet phrase, "fucking awesome". All four members dished it out like proud accolades that we cant help but smile and giggle at their cuteness! Oh I almost forgot something - we were (not just us 2 but the whole crowd) having so much fun that the ground was shaking quite badly! Many fans were occasionally glancing down at the ground because we felt the trembling and was quite worried the ground might fall though! So glad that Singapore's building standards' world class!
