It hurts when "being yourself" isn't good enough.

My dad says I'm special. Why and what he sees in me keeps me grounded.

Why does love, hell damn near everything have to feel so conditional?

Might restart therapy again. I'm in my thoughts too much. Plus my mood is too erratic in recent days/weeks. Just want a life I can be proud of.

Keep it real with me. Like I keep it real with you.

Often, I try to look at the bright side of things but it's hard to see the positives.

My life speaks for itself. The good, the bad, and the ugly.

There has to be a lesson in all of this.

Live a life with meaning.

Sometimes wonder why I was diagnosed with depression. It's not a death sentence, but honestly felt like most things in my life were going right before I was a mental illness patient.
