Dr. Sasha Rose has written an excellent book on the relationship between stress and digestion, and asked us to whip up a poster to let people know that it'll be out soon.  

On June 28th Chis Robley is going to shred Local Sprouts. Missing this show would be un-bearable (get it?). So put on your best cut-offs, get your hair did, and get to Portland, Maine.

These crazy guys will be coming to a Flask Lounge near you!  Well...if you live in Portland, ME that is.  If not you should look them up and check out their music anyway, because that's what a cool person would do, and you want to be cool, don't you? Dr Sasha Rose of Wildwood Medicine will be offering a one day Yin Yoga class specifically aimed at reducing stress and optimizing digestion, and asked us to create a flyer to advertise the event.  If you're in Portland, ME, you may be stressed about deciding which meal to have, and at what amazing restaurant...so this might be the class for you.

Need a reason to be in Lewiston ME?  Well here it is... Chris Robley playing a solo show @ the Blue Goose on April 25!  Wanting to get the word out ASAP, he asked to put together a poster and a flyer: this is what happened.  The big one is for posters, and the little is for flyers and digital advertising.  

Nuclear Bootz is destroying Portland!!! Geno's Rock Club is the next stop on their tireless rampage, and they asked us to do a poster warning the citizens of their arrival! Be there or beware.
