to be completely honest its not the best portrayal of tbi and the like (eg. its pretty much entirely negative, cases like kim soleum, lee seonghae and go yeongeun are just fixed afterwards etc etc.)

but with characters like j3, park minseong, and jang heoun it certainly feels like bds is trying to build a narrative of overwork and how living in such a capitalist society can physically disable you (im not the best person to talk about this so if i worded anything incorrectly pls let me know)

#j3's character reminds me a lotttt of mithrun (dun.meshi) tbh #and the whole disability metaphor makes the similarities even more striking you know???#also the sort of episodes they get where the contamination sort of flares up

the design choice wasn’t intentional but i noticed the colours i use for crescent moon look a lot like inverted pictures. so i played with that on purpose this time ❤️
