If the MDR files were actually connected to Gemma, what exactly was Mark working on while Ms. Casey was still present at Lumon?

How did Irving’s outie know about the black hallway?

Were there multiple test subjects? Ms. Casey clearly couldn’t have been the first, since the doctor mentioned others. If that’s the case, what were the other MDR teams working on? Are there multiple testing floors with different subjects?

What was the actual purpose of the self-defense cards and other materials from OD? Were they used in the tests?

Were the goats really just part of a sacrifice ritual?
