I found this morning’s post tucked away in my old archives, and it hit me like a glittery hug from my past self. Back then, I was trying to put words to this soft but fierce truth inside me—that I’ve never regretted leaning into the things that made me feel pretty, or tender, or me.
Yes, I’m a boy. I’m masculine in frame, I do pushups, hang shelves, and grunt my way through projects. But I'm also the boy who wears fruity lotion, who struts around the house in dainty socks, and who swoons at the way certain shoes can make your heart skip. That contradiction? That blend? It’s not confusion—it’s delight. 🌈
I still wear burgundy panties under my jeans sometimes. I still pick chick-flicks on movie night. And I still look in the mirror, catch that little twirl in my spirit, and think—yep, I like being me.
