I get to this idea 'coz of the recent situation our country is facing. This is a very tragic incident that will forever be part in our history. Speculations, conspiracy theories & other different stories are all over the news on what really happened in Mamasapano, Maguindanao. We, the ordinary people speaks our minds. While there are some who questioned, What can you do? Just posting status in your social media? Why not? It's not just posting, there's more to it! As an ordinary citizen, this is our way to express our thoughts. You can't blame us who speak our minds & hearts! You saw the photos of our fallen heroes? Yes, overkill is the right word to say. You saw the parents? The wife and the children? Only a person with a heart of stone won't feel the pain that they're going through. We feel their pain, their lost! Aside from our prayers , We need to let them know that we are with them in this battle. And as a citizen of this country, I ask myself - What else can I do to help them? How? I can't just sit here & watch . So I use my social media accounts, yes now is the time to use social media sensibly! May I quote this one from Sir@carloscatana of twitter, " Don't believe people who tell you that speaking your mind and heart on Facebook is useless . Collected voices are more powerful than media. " - Indeed! Again, we can't just sit, watch and leave behind the sacrifices of our heroes who fought for the quest of peace in our country. We speak today to "Seek for JUSTICE & the TRUTH nothing but the TRUTH ". May our fallen heroes rest in peace. Together with their families, we will fight for "JUSTICE & PEACE".
