I feel like it’s so hard to consistently not eat/under eat, it’s always either my family nagging me, an event where i genuinely have to eat or I lose all control and just binge.
I’m off school now for the summer but I’m honestly dreading it because school gave me a chance and reason to not eat where now I feel like I’m on watch 24/7.

I started omad/23:1 last week/4th of May, I didn’t weigh myself at the beginning just because I didn’t have a scale, weighed myself today and I’m 77kg (die) and I’m 5’2.
In my 1 meal a day my limit of cals is 900 (not including what I burn) and they’re healthy meals.
I’m not very active, my average steps every day is 7,000+ and usually once or twice a week I’ll go above 12,000+ steps as I don’t get the chance to walk all that often after school.
I can’t really fast for over a day because my family will annoy me about it as they get worried when I don’t eat much (pmo cause I’m literally overweight), but I’m gonna try a 2 day fast soon.
I’m not 100% on how much weight I want to lose, I don’t want to be necessarily boney but I would definitely like to be skinny.
