Being strong is not about winning more fights in school or bars.

Being strong is not hating on what doesn’t go along with you.

Being strong is not about winning big no matter what.

Being strong is ALL about love.

About loving others, that you would use your strength to lift them up, so they would do the same for others.

Its about being strong enough to love the unlovable.

To have the strength to see the good in the good in others, even when they don’t see it themselves.

And lastly its about knowing how much your worth, that you would invest in yourself emotionally, mentally, spiritually AND physically. And part of investing in yourself physically is going to the gym and lifting weights.

Being strong is way more than just lifting weights. its about loving.
