Banking with a Boomer
Helped an elderly (white) male relative with some bank-related tasks today and either service at banks really was better in the "good old days" or Boomers have selective memories. Probably both.
But I got an ear-full of a tirade that was something like this: "On Fridays I used to leave my job at the Work Factory and walk half a block to First Klansman Savings and Loan and immediately my usual teller, Deloris, would greet me, hand me a cup of coffee and cigar, and begin sucking my cock. To go along with the dashboard redesign, tumblr should change the 't' to a simpler design that looks more like a '+' and then rotate the + about 45 degrees clockwise.
