Life has just been exhausting lately. I’m trying to take more initiative in coping with my short fuse. I’m trying not to burn out. I’m actively trying to drink less booze/caffeine and drink more water. I’m trying to teach myself healthier meditative habits like grounding myself. I’m trying to be proud of all of the steps I’m taking towards my goals rather than holding out until my goals are reached. I’m trying to hold my breath less. I’m trying to remind myself daily that I’m exactly where I need to be at all times. I’m trying to learn to unclench my jaw. I’m trying to be present.
