Hi! You look amazing in those photos!! I was wondering if you could give me some tips on exercising? I really struggle with it, and I honest to god spend most of my time on a couch or in bed. I don't have access to a gym, I don't have weights/equipment, and it's so daunting to try to start a new exercise regimen bc I'd need one for a SUPER beginner đđ (honestly I can't even do a push-up! The situation is dire :(((( )

You just should try and try and try and donât give up on your workout, youâll see that after few days youâll be able to do more and more. I didnât excercise so much, the key of my weight loss was a diet, I just ate healthy with 5 meals per day (with 3 hours between each meal). You must remember that you canât eat less calories than you need, here you can calculate everything.My proposition for you is to buy a hula hop with load(????idk, it looks like this), itâs usually really cheap and it helps with keeping your waist on fleek. I also did this workout: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CbR4m70XEAIc5ea.jpg:large+ sit ups (you can start with 25, then go with 35, 50 etc)+ hula hop (it will hurt, but try to do it as long as you can; at the end i was able to do it for 1 hour!)+ legs workout ( i really like Miley Cyrus Sexy Legs Workout- you can find it on youtube)YOU CAN DO IT!
