Blaine tried to think of something, anything that he could say to that to make his boyfriend feel better and to go with him to New York. But, he was right. Ellie couldn’t be taken away from her mother...”I - I know...” he said frowning, wishing there was some way for Kurt to come with him. Blaine pulled Kurt into a hug and held him, trying to get him to stop crying. He couldn’t take it when Kurt (or anyone) cried like that. “We’ll find a way to make it work,” he said, reassuring himself as well. Everyone said long distance was hard. How was he going to be able to handle being in New York without Kurt?

Blaine gently put his hand on Kurt’s other arm, pulling him closer to him. He understood all of Kurt’s worries, but he didn’t want Kurt to waste away in Lima, Ohio and give up on his dreams. “She can come with us. I’ll help with everything...we can figure it out, Kurt, I promise,” he said, trying to convince him. 

Blaine’s face softened a little feeling Kurt’s hand on top of his. He always felt better having Kurt close to him. He frowned and shook his head, squeezing Kurt’s hand with his. “You can go. I want to have you with me. I know you want to get out of this place too.”
