Sometimes, when we take things to Jesus, or want to, we forget that he was also 100% human as well as he was 100% God. Being 100% human, that means he knew and had experienced human emotions, including grief, pain, depression, hopelessness, helplessness, anger, and the likes.
Sometimes, when we sin, and we want to talk to Jesus about it, our excuse may be the magnitude of the temptation faced, and we might think Jesus wouldn't understand, but he does, he of all people does - he was tempted by the devil. To this, some of us might think, 'but he couldn't have fallen to temptation, because he was 100% God as well'. That's not the point; the point is, the fact that he had gone through temptation and was human means he knows what it means to be tempted, which proves us wrong when we think he wouldn't know how it feels.
Point is, as MSG says, Jesus is in touch with our reality. He's in touch with our emotions. He can understand them, empathize and sympathize with them as well, because he was man as well.
Don't hold back whatever you want to tell Jesus thinking he wouldn't know how it feels, or it's too silly, and write your emotions off as nothing more than a product of your human nature that shouldn't even be there in the first place, if not for the fact that you're human. He knows, he understands, and will help. Just, trust.
We also don't need to overly stress about explaining our emotions and feelings to God - because some of us at times might find ourselves being discouraged from even bringing them to God because we're having such a hard time explaining them or making sense of them (which we feel we need to do before we can express them to God in prayer). Trust, He already knows; don't allow yourself be discouraged from taking it all to Him because you're finding it hard to explain, or even express it all - God knows our hearts, and when they cry out to Him, He listens.
We cannot rightfully ask our Vinedresser to skip out on the development of our lives simply because we are uncomfortable with being alone in dark places. To keep a seed from being planted is to condemn that seed to never realize its full potential. It is a fact that seeds are meant to be covered to die.Â

Title: 5 Friendly Ways to Show Up for Your Toddler Introduction: Being a parent is a beautiful journey filled with love, laughter, and numerous challenges. One of the most crucial aspects of parenting is showing up for your toddler. Toddlers are at a stage of rapid development, where they are exploring the world around them and forming their first impressions. As parents, it's essential to provide them with love, support, and guidance during this critical period. In this blog, we will explore five friendly ways to show up for your toddler and help them thrive. 1. Be present and engaged: One of the most meaningful ways to show up for your toddler is by being present and engaged in their daily lives. Toddlers yearn for attention and thrive on interaction. Set aside quality time every day to focus solely on your child. Engage in activities that interest them, such as building blocks, reading books, or playing pretend. Put away distractions like phones or work-related tasks during this dedicated time. By giving your undivided attention, you are conveying to your toddler that they are valued and loved. 2. Practice active listening: Communication is a vital aspect of any relationship, including the one you share with your toddler. Active listening involves giving your child your full attention when they speak and responding thoughtfully. When your toddler babbles or starts forming words, make eye contact, nod, and smile to show that you are actively engaged in the conversation. Encourage their speech by asking open-ended questions and patiently waiting for their response. This practice not only strengthens your bond but also fosters your toddler's language development. 3. Encourage independence: Toddlers are naturally curious and eager to explore the world around them. Encouraging independence is a friendly way to show up for your toddler. Allow them to make simple choices, such as what clothes to wear or which book to read. Offer opportunities for them to practice self-help skills like feeding themselves or putting on their shoes. While it may be tempting to rush and do things for them, allowing them to accomplish tasks independently builds their confidence and self-esteem. 4. Create a safe and stimulating environment: Your toddler's environment plays a significant role in their development. Ensure that your home is a safe, child-friendly space where they can freely explore and learn. Baby-proofing is essential to prevent accidents and injuries. Additionally, provide a stimulating environment with age-appropriate toys, books, and activities that encourage their physical, cognitive, and emotional growth. Rotate toys and introduce new experiences regularly to keep their curiosity alive. 5. Show empathy and understanding: Toddlers experience a wide range of emotions as they navigate through new experiences. It is crucial to show empathy and understanding during their emotional ups and downs. Validate their feelings by acknowledging their emotions and providing comfort when they are upset or frustrated. Use simple language to help them express their emotions, such as saying, "I can see you're feeling sad. It's okay to cry, and I'm here for you." By doing so, you create a safe space for your toddler to express themselves and develop emotional resilience. Conclusion: Showing up for your toddler is an ongoing process that requires time, effort, and love. By being present, engaging, and actively listening, you provide a solid foundation for their emotional and cognitive development. Encouraging independence and creating a safe, stimulating environment further supports their growth. Lastly, showing empathy and understanding nurtures their emotional well-being. Remember, your toddler looks up to you as their role model, so make the most of these friendly ways to show up for your toddler and cherish this precious time together.

But first and most importantly seek (aim at, strive after) His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being rightâthe attitude
(Verse 1) In the depths of my mind, where thoughts collide, I search for answers, seeking truth deep inside. But amidst the chaos, a voice whispers low, Guiding my footsteps, a sign begins to show. (Pre-Chorus) Oh, I've questioned the source of these thoughts in my head, Wondering if it's me or divine words instead. But when signs align, I'm reminded once more, It's not my own musings, it's God's voice I adore. (Chorus) Signs from up above, a language divine, Speaking through whispers, a love so benign. God's voice breaks through, in moments so true, Revealing His presence, in all that we do. (Verse 2) In the stillness of night, as dreams unfold, Visions and symbols, stories untold. I find myself searching for hidden meanings, As God's voice whispers, revealing His blessings. (Pre-Chorus) Oh, doubts may arise, questioning my own mind, But signs are undeniable, a truth I can find. When miracles occur, and the pieces align, I know it's God's voice, speaking through space and time. (Chorus) Signs from up above, a language divine, Speaking through whispers, a love so benign. God's voice breaks through, in moments so true, Revealing His presence, in all that we do. (Bridge) Through the storm and the rain, in sunlight's embrace, God's signs are steadfast, never out of place. In every decision, in every new start, His voice guides me gently, healing my heart. (Chorus) Signs from up above, a language divine, Speaking through whispers, a love so benign. God's voice breaks through, in moments so true, Revealing His presence, in all that we do. (Outro) So, I'll trust in the signs, that God sends my way, Knowing it's Him speaking, leading me every day. In the signs, I'll find solace, in His loving embrace, For it's God's voice I hear, with unwavering grace.
Title: Signs It's God Talking to You and Not Your Own Thoughts Introduction: In the realms of spirituality, individuals often seek guidance and reassurance from a higher power. Many people wonder how they can distinguish between their own thoughts and divine messages. This paper aims to explore the signs that indicate when it is God talking to you rather than your own thoughts. By understanding these signs, individuals can deepen their connection with the divine and gain clarity in their spiritual journey. 1. Inner Alignment: When God speaks to you, there is often a sense of inner alignment and harmony. You may experience a deep sense of peace, clarity, and contentment that surpasses any ordinary thought process. This alignment transcends personal desires and egotistical tendencies, allowing you to tap into a higher wisdom and guidance. 2. Consistency with Sacred Teachings: Messages from God are consistent with sacred teachings and principles. They are in harmony with moral and ethical values that have stood the test of time. God's words will align with the fundamental teachings of love, compassion, forgiveness, and selflessness found in various religious and spiritual traditions. 3. Synchronicities and Divine Timing: When God speaks, there are often synchronicities and divine timing at play. You may notice a series of meaningful coincidences or events that seem to align perfectly. These synchronicities serve as gentle reminders that you are on the right path and that the divine is guiding your steps. 4. Intuition and Gut Feelings: God often communicates through intuition and gut feelings. You may experience a strong inner knowing or a deep conviction about a certain course of action. This intuitive guidance is distinct from mere wishful thinking or personal desires. It is a profound sense of truth that resonates at a soul level. 5. Confirmation from External Sources: One of the most powerful signs that it is God speaking to you is when you receive confirmation from external sources. These sources can include trusted spiritual mentors, wise individuals, or even sacred texts. When multiple sources validate and reinforce the guidance you have received, it strengthens your faith in the divine origin of the message. 6. Transcending Personal Limitations: Messages from God often challenge your personal limitations and comfort zones. They push you to grow, evolve, and become the best version of yourself. When God speaks, you may experience a gentle nudge to step outside of your comfort zone, face your fears, and embrace new opportunities for personal and spiritual growth. 7. Unexplainable Miracles: God's messages can manifest as unexplainable miracles or extraordinary events that defy logical explanations. These miracles serve as clear signs of divine intervention and guidance. They remind us that there is a greater power at work, orchestrating events in our lives for a higher purpose. Conclusion: Recognizing the signs that indicate God is speaking to you and not your own thoughts is a deeply personal and transformative journey. It requires an open heart, a willingness to surrender, and a commitment to deepening your connection with the divine. By cultivating inner alignment, seeking consistency with sacred teachings, being aware of synchronicities, trusting your intuition, seeking external validation, transcending personal limitations, and acknowledging unexplainable miracles, you can navigate through life with the assurance that God's guidance is always available to you. Embrace these signs and embark on a profound spiritual journey that will lead you closer to the divine presence within and around you.

Prayer: Great God and King, I put you first in my heart, mind, time and in all that I do. I make this commitment to you today to go to you first in the decisions that I make, to read your word and to seek your wisdom. Thank you for that which you have promised me when I make you first in my life. In Jesus' name, amen.
You bring glory to God as you walk in and fulfill His intended purpose for your life. You glorify God when you choose to live out your destiny â intentionally pursuing the works God has for your life.
How do you glorify God? One way is by fulfilling His intended purpose for your life.Â
The highways of experience, opportunities, passions, and abilities are all designed to lead you to the intersection of your purpose in God and your calling for your life here on earth. Where these four things intersectâexperience, opportunities, passions, and abilitiesâyour purpose starts.
Throwing Out Words Of Thanks The theme for this meditation from Psalm 9 is thanksgiving. Pondering thanksgiving as a verb more than a noun. Something you "do" more than an event you attend. Helping you be mindful of ways to make thanksgiving a verb by offering words of praise.
