holy fuck can you not have an opinion on the internet anymore?!
I replied to a tweet about a popular group that I like who had their first concert of their US tour tonight and wow I have received some insane replied.
OP said that the group removed a few songs and the set seemed shorter than their previous concert in their home country.
I replied "They've removed at least 3 songs from the Korean shows to the US ones during the past tours as well. It's not because of the schedule sadly, home just always gets more"
Now does this reply warrant any response? no but people are pissed at me for voicing a fact and my opinion.
I mean maybe I should've known better replying to anything kpop but I saw it on my profile and did. Also OP has 68k followers which I didn't know until my reply got over 3k views lol If I'd replied to a smaller account, maybe no one would have noticed.
Being told to stay home, that I'm ungrateful- and I shouldn't complain because it was nearly a 3 hour show (2.5 hours to be somewhat exact), that I should stan american artists instead (I don't even stan this group but I guess their fans think that's a prereq for seeing them live), and that this is a whole new tour and I shouldn't expect to hear songs that they released within the last 2 years (their last US tour was in 2022) is actually insane.
oh and being quote tweeted saying I shouldn't complain because at least they come to my country which is not in my control whatsoever.
AND being called bestie, girly etc. when you don't even know me wtf
I'll never understand. The internet is a place to voice your opinions, or at least it used to be. I guess I still have tumblr lol
